All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an order confirmation via email within one business day of placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, if it contains more than two pieces of the same product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, without incurring any liability.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Except in cases of manifest error, the prices payable for products are as displayed on the website at the time of order. If an error in pricing is discovered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be canceled. Payments are processed securely through a certified online payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You agree to pay the total amount for the products ordered, including applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, and other charges. You confirm that the payment card being used is yours or that you have been authorized to use it. If the card issuer declines authorization, we will not be liable for delays or non-delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
Maison Safqa strives to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability and is written on the shipping policy of each product. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Maison Safqa will not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
The return period and eligibility vary by collection and are indicated in the Shipping & Returns section under each product. You may return eligible products within the stated return window, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, or any items marked as non-returnable in the product’s Shipping & Returns section. The original invoice must be provided for any return. If a product is defective or incorrect, you must return it within the indicated return period. We will arrange a pickup, and Maison Safqa will cover the return shipping cost. Eligible returns are subject to a 25 SAR return fee, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that logistics and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed after receiving the returned product.Refunds are only applicable if the returned product meets the criteria specified above.

Referral Program – Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
Single active referral cycle. Each customer may participate in only one referral cycle at a time. A “referral cycle” means the period starting when you share your referral link/code and ending when the rewards linked to that campaign are issued or expire. Starting a new referral cycle while another one is still active is not permitted. Personal use only. Referral links/codes are for personal and private use. They may not be published on coupon or deal websites, resold, shared in bulk, or used in any way that appears commercial, automated, or intended to exploit the program. No self-referrals. You may not refer yourself, your own alternative accounts, or any account that you control directly or indirectly. Creating multiple customer accounts (with different emails, phone numbers, or delivery addresses) in order to obtain referral rewards is strictly prohibited. No artificial referrals. Accounts created with fake identities, temporary emails, incomplete delivery details, or clearly invalid data in order to trigger a reward will be considered abusive and will not receive any benefit. Where a limit applies, the first valid reward will be honored and any additional rewards obtained in breach of these terms may be cancelled. Right to review and suspend. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review any referral activity. If we detect or reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliant behavior, we may cancel or refuse rewards, suspend or close the related customer accounts, and/or revoke participation in the referral program, without prior notice. Program changes. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or specific referrals, at any time to prevent misuse or to protect the integrity of the program.
