Your order is shipped directly from the VONTO store in Dubai to your address in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
Customised pieces take 8 to 10 working days, as each one is made to order.
In Saudi Arabia, a flat delivery fee of 60 applies to every order. In the UAE, delivery is free for orders above 850, and 25 below that. Fees are charged in SAR in Saudi Arabia and in AED in the UAE.
Returns are easy: request your return within 3 days of delivery, in the original packaging with the dust bag and tags attached. This applies to orders in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
A return delivery fee of 25 is deducted from the refund, which is issued to your original payment method, in the currency of your order.
